Dear All,
Guidance is sought for the following query:

A limited company providing whole Operating & maintainces Service to his subsidary company. For this service the company raise monthly bill inclusive ST.Besides the subsidary company also bear other cost directly like external employee training, travelling, rent of accomodation, maintainces etc etc of Holding companies staff . Will there be any service tax liability arising on other cost??
