The XBRL Taxonomy recently released by MCA for the First Phase of Financials for FY ended 31st March, 2011 is final and no further changes are expected for Phase I.
The MCA Validation Tool for validating XBRL instance documents as per the final taxonomy is ready to be released.
If you wish to test and validate a duly prepared XBRL instance document by MCA Validation Tool, you may send the same by e-mail to xbrl.technical@mca.gov.in.
This instance document should be based on actual financial data that would be used for MCA filing. Further it should be complete in all respects like valid CIN, correct director details, etc as the instance document would be tested for pre-scrutiny from MCA database related validations. Please note that this exercise is purely to test your XBRL preparation tool, will not be construed to be actual MCA filing of financial statements.
