Whether ITC on solar panels and windmill available to a GST Taxpayer?

If solar panels are installed or Windmill installed and electricity is produced. Such electricity is used for taxable outward supply.

It may be noted that 100% electricity is not used by the taxpayer, some part of eletricity is also supplied to Kerala State Electricty Board.

In such case, whether ITC available for Solar Panels and for wind mill?
